About Me

I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Board Certified Mental Health Coach (BCMHC), emotional intelligence practitioner, and leadership consultant with more than 30 years of experience in business development, communication, and leadership coaching. Throughout my career, I have worked with leaders, teams, and professionals across a variety of industries to strengthen communication, improve emotional intelligence, navigate conflict, and create healthier workplace dynamics.

My coaching style is both direct and compassionate, combining practical strategy with deep personal understanding. As an emotional intelligence practitioner, I am especially passionate about helping people recognize communication breakdowns, ineffective processes, and behavioral patterns that impact trust, culture, and performance. I believe leadership is not just about authority or results—it is about self-awareness, connection, and the ability to positively influence the people around you.

My work is deeply shaped by my own life experiences. At 40 years old, I survived a stroke that left me paralyzed on my left side. Three years later, I underwent major brain surgery. Rebuilding my life after those challenges changed me in profound ways. Those experiences taught me firsthand about resilience, adaptability, emotional endurance, and the importance of human connection during life’s hardest seasons. They also gave me a deeper understanding of what it means to rebuild confidence, identity, and purpose after life takes an unexpected turn.

Today, I partner with executives, leadership teams, and professionals who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity. My mission is to help people strengthen both their performance and their humanity—because leadership is not just about results; it is also about how people experience you along the way.
