About Me

My coaching philosophy starts with a simple belief: reflection and action need to go hand in hand. Reflection without action can become overthinking; action without reflection can leave us running on autopilot, without questioning our direction.

I bring a scientist's curiosity and analytical mindset to coaching. I hold a PhD in engineering from Imperial College London, one of the world's top-ranked universities, and have worked across academic research, product development, innovation and corporate sustainability.

My interest in coaching began when I experienced its value firsthand while navigating my own transition from R&D into more strategic work. Later, becoming a mother challenged me to reconsider my identity, ambitions and priorities. It inspired me to pursue coaching alongside my corporate career. I completed my Mama Rising coaching certification through an ICF-accredited continuing education program, and I'm now working towards my ICF ACC credential.

I also draw on Strategyzer's frameworks for business strategy and innovation, which use structured tools and experimentation to challenge assumptions, navigate uncertainty and make evidence-informed decisions. These principles complement my coaching training: I bring together the human side of change with the practical discipline of strategy.

Together, we focus on:

- Clarity: Understand what's keeping you stuck, what matters most and what you want to change.
- Better decisions: Challenge assumptions, compare realistic options and weigh evidence, values and constraints.
- Meaningful progress: Turn insights into small experiments, test possibilities and learn through action.

My style is supportive yet challenging. I'll listen without judgment, ask questions that stretch your thinking and help you stay accountable to commitments you choose.
