About Me

Hi, I’m Aldecia Matthews, a professional with ADHD and mother of two ADHD children, I know first hand how challenging ADHD can be. As a mom of ADHD children, a certified ADHD coach and a MS degree in Psychology, I’ve spent years learning how to navigate ADHD in both parenting and my personal life.

Through my coaching program Thrive with ADHD, I combine evidenced -based research and strategies with real-life experience to help parents and adults find clarity, confidence, and success in their ADHD journey.

Why I Started This Business:

• I saw too many parents feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to support their ADHD kids.
​
• I met adults struggling in silence, thinking ADHD was just “laziness” or “disorganization.”
​
• I knew there was a better way—one that empowers, educates, and helps ADHD individuals thrive.
​​
After completing a parent coaching program, working with many individuals in the psychiatric field and all the experiences I have gained on my journey to better support my children.

Here I am, ten years later, I decided to start this business to help parents and adults build focus, structure, and confidence in their daily lives.
