About Me

As a Meta-Coach, I ascribe to the belief that my clients have all the resources they need to achieve their goals- and I have used this to facilitate powerful and sustainable breakthroughs in my hundreds of clients. The key is in elegant facilitation that will unleash the deployment of these internal resources. We clearly distinguish between coaching and the other helping disciplines, so as coaches we do not advise, tell, criticize, or use our autobiographical perspectives to facilitate powerful breakthroughs in the client. We use precision questions in the context of strong rapport to get to the heart of things. We coach to the client's unique mapping of the world, navigate through his matrix of meanings, beliefs, intentions, and emotions to identify key leverage for transformation and development.
