About Me

I am a life coach with over 20 years of leadership experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. I am a Chartered Surveyor by training and had a First Class Honours Degree and an MBA.

My passion lies in guiding individuals through life’s challenges, from career decisions to work-life balance struggles, life transitions and relationship struggles. Drawing from my own journey of overcoming burnout and perfectionism, I understand deeply the complexities of modern life. I am dedicated to helping clients find clarity, courage, and purpose.

My clientele is diverse, spanning both genders and ranging in age from their twenties to forties. My genuine commitment to my clients empowers them to gain perspective and take steps towards positive change. As a working mother, I understand the complexities of balancing career and family responsibilities. Having experienced burnout and disillusionment due to my perfectionist tendencies, I embarked on a journey to find true meaning and purpose in life.

Outside of my professional endeavours, I stay active through activities like badminton, and I delight in experimenting with comforting home-cooked meals. I volunteer my time in some charitable organizations, hoping to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
