About Me

I became an expert in personal transformation from my own firsthand experience overcoming multiple adversities, and chose to become formally educated to support others. Due to unstable early life circumstances, as an adult I found myself in abusive relationships, completely disconnected from myself and battling multiple unhealthy coping mechanisms.

Everything that I help my clients with I have overcome firsthand myself. This includes attachment style healing and developing healthy connections, overcoming substance abuse and happily living sober, healing from Complex PTSD, recovering from an eating disorder and developing a deep loving relationship with my body, and learning how to love myself after years of trauma.

I’m so passionate about supporting others through deep transformation because I’ve been in your shoes. On the path of spiritual awakening, sometimes it can feel like things are falling apart. I’m here to help you find clarity in the chaos so that you too can go on to live a beautiful empowered life!
