About Me
I became an expert in personal transformation through lived experience and formal training. After overcoming Complex PTSD, substance abuse, disordered eating, and unhealthy relationship patterns, I learned how to reconnect with myself and build a life rooted in peace, purpose, and self-love.
Today, I help clients do the same — guiding them through attachment healing, emotional regulation, and spiritual awakening with compassion and real-world insight. My approach blends trauma-informed coaching with intuitive wisdom to help you find clarity in the chaos and create an empowered, fulfilling life.
