I was a Lead Facilitator-Coach of 73 Teams in a 90-day public Leadership Development Coaching Program for 16 years, and have mentored over 300 volunteer coaches for this program. I served as the Team Leader for the first top-level executive coaching program of the government, funded by the PAHRODF/AusAid; was Assistant Head Coach of a BPO company's 8-Month OD/Breakthrough Results Coaching Program that yielded 967% ROI; and coached an entrepreneur whose sales tripled in 2 months and expanded to a new branch on the 5th month.

I carry over 20 years of corporate experience in various industries (food, chemicals, direct selling, telematics, L & D), with roles ranging from Sales Engineer to CEO.
