About Me
I'm Alina, a certified life and career coach dedicated to helping mid-career professionals who feel stuck despite their achievements. With over 20 years of combined experience in behavioral psychology and transformational coaching, my mission is to help driven, self-responsible professionals find clarity, regain confidence, and tackle change head-on, with the support and tools needed to thrive.
My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that clarity and purpose are attainable at any stage of life. I employ a holistic approach that combines transformational methodologies, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and strategic goal-setting to empower clients to navigate transitions confidently.
Clients often come to me seeking direction during pivotal moments—career changes, leadership challenges, or personal growth pursuits. Together, we uncover their core values, dismantle limiting beliefs, and create actionable plans that align with their authentic selves.
I hold certifications from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and have completed specialized training in transformational coaching methodologies. My practice is also informed by continuous learning in positive psychology and emotional intelligence. I coach in English, Italian and Romanian.
Beyond coaching, I find inspiration in nature, art, technology and literature, which often weave into my sessions to foster creativity and insight.
