About Me

I was a very stuck person. I had a rough initiation to the life I live now. I basically walked through life with a worthiness wound, and that way of living created a lot of suffering. In order to arrive where I am now, I had to unravel imposter syndrome, people pleasing, learn how to set and hold boundaries. I had to confront that I had no real sense of self, and be honest that my relationship with alcohol was out of control. I was a mess and I lost a lot, but I wouldn't take anything back. I didn't get the lesson I wanted but I got the lesson I needed, and I am proud of myself that I looked at what wasn't working for me and started the work of behavior change.

I knew that if I wanted to help other people get unstuck, I couldn't just hand them my personal story or the prescription that worked for me. Every person has their own unique path that is right for them when it comes to making an impactful change. I walked through fire to save my own life, and that gives me the wisdom, patience, compassion and empathy to walk with others and they walk through their own fire. And my coach training informs how I help guide others on their on unique path.
