I am Alina Florea, an experienced performance, leadership, and life coach. I specialize in guiding high-achieving international professionals - often managers, PhD students or young entrepreneurs - to navigate with ease and balance the dynamics of transitioning into a new role, a new geographical and/or professional environment, to integrate themselves fast and reach the desired or expected performance in the new role, while learning to face and manage the inherent associated professional and life challenges.

In my coaching, I emphasize a partnership-based approach, guiding my clients to perform those small but essential shifts of perspectives and mindset allowing them to align better with their new roles and responsibilities, and creating thus the conditions of elevated trust and credibility, leadership capabilities, scaled impact and, ultimately, success in their transition.

With over 15 years of C-level leadership and change management experience, leading a medium-sized international design and engineering firm, I bring deep expertise in project-based operations, change management, and organizational development. I am aware of how professionals involved in these organizations think, feel and make decisions since I have been one.

My approach integrates management mentorship, covering diverse management concepts, models, and real-world change implementation cases while reviewing and sorting out the assumptions, values and beliefs on which my clients found their decisions.
