About Me
How we find meaning in life evolves as we grow older, including what generates joy, passion, or purpose.
Are you uncertain about what you want next? Maybe you're burnt out by your career, or your kids are older and you're wondering who you are now. Perhaps you're struggling with the physical changes that come with menopause. When your identity gets tied to your job, your role as a parent, or how you look and feel, it can be challenging to determine what will feel rewarding in life.
I get it because I've been there myself.
I was a 20+ year international executive who was feeling unfulfilled but was afraid to leave my secure job. When I finally took the leap, I moved to Italy for 2 years and started a consulting business that evolved into my coaching practice. That journey from fear to passion was life changing and shapes how I work with women facing similar crossroads.
Are you ready for something new but aren't sure how to get there? As your coach, I bring my life and career coaching skills, as well as my own experiences so you feel truly supported during this challenging time. I also help you with the tools needed to get where you want to go.
Using my "SHIFT" framework, we will:
* SOUL-SEARCH with honest reflection
* HEAL emotional blocks and limiting beliefs holding you back
* IDENTIFY your values, passions and skills and create a cohesive vision
* FORMULATE a roadmap aligned with your true self
* TRANSFORM with consistent action
The work we do isn't just about changing your circumstances—it's about transforming how you see yourself. Together, you can safely explore new possibilities, whether in your career or personal life. We'll create not just a plan but a vision that energizes you and honors all the wisdom you've gained through your experiences.
Midlife isn't about slowing down—it's about rediscovering who you are and finally making yourself a priority. If you're ready to let go of what no longer serves you and embrace what does, let's connect!

To Whom It May Concern, I would like to begin by saying that Allison is a wonderful coach with a truly beautiful soul. After Walmart Health closed down locations across the United States, Ialong with over 1,000 other team memberslost my job. During that incredibly difficult transition, Allison supported me every step of the way. This wasnt just the loss of a job for me. It was the loss of a passion and a mission to help improve the lives of individuals and families by removing barriers to quality health care. I mourned not only the end of my dream career but also the amazing team I had and the community members I could no longer serve. Allison helped me navigate this grieving process and guided me as I prepared for a new chapter in my professional journey. She encouraged me to stay true to myself while remaining professional. She helped me rebuild my résumé, identify job opportunities aligned with my education and experience, prepare for interviews, negotiate salary and benefits, and so much more. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who has recently lost a job or is looking for a new career path. Her knowledge, encouragement, and insight are invaluable. She is a phenomenal coach, supporter, motivator, and now, a lifelong friend. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to work with hershe has changed my life and my familys life in ways I could have never imagined. Thanks to Allisons step-by-step guidance, I was able to land my next career move as a Sales Director. She empowered me to believe in myself, advocate for my worth, and confidently step into my next role. Sincerely, Boravy Dunn

Alison looks at the whole person when helping to navigate a career path. I am in my 50's and wasn't sure how best to balance work and personal goals. Alison is interested in you as a person, and actually listens. She sees things from various perspectives and gives good, practical, and supportive advice. She is always willing to go above and beyond, and won't stop until the goal is met!

Alison is an incredibly kind and passionate coach, who you can trust to guide you through any situation. I worked with Alison when on a job search after being impacted at a previous role. She gave me detailed and specific feedback on my resume and LinkedIn, helping me improve both for applications. She was proactive in scheduling regular sessions and even took the time to send over relevant job postings. When it came to interviews, she took the time to meet with me and help practice my answers to common interview questions. She paid attention and gave relevant advice to boost my confidence. I was always impressed by her dedication, availability, and genuinely caring nature. With Alison's help, I successfully landed a great position aligned with my skills and experience.
