About Me

Allan has over 28 years of professional experience in project management, structural and civil engineering design, teaching and coaching. I married my wife, Ronke, in London in 1992; we have two adult Christian children. In addition, Allan has over 34 years of serving in the Church in various ministries.

I have grown in my skills and ability as I desired to care for, teach, mentor, and coach people in communities at work, Church, family, and new acquaintances for many years. I am a lifelong learner enrolled in a MA in Counseling, pursuing development to passionately help single, dating and married relationships and endeavour to enable personal and organisational growth. I obtained professional certification in life coaching and Mental Health Coaching from Light University to equip others and joined the International Christian Coaching Association.

Coaching is a natural life skill, and I pursued formal training to provide coaching services as requested as a professional service. Seeing you as a client flourish and reach your goals is my delight. I have facilitated groups and lectured on life issues in many forums for personal development. I am willing to walk alongside you, listen and help you create your next steps, and I look forward to celebrating your growth in any desired accomplishment. I worked in multicultural environments, and having been trained as a mediator, I enabled the resolution of conflicts for better relationships in diverse communities.
