About Me

I am a Navy Special Operations Officer who has elevated from the lowest pay grade to leading high-performing teams of extremely accomplished individuals in small units to leading and coaching diverse cross-functional teams in 4,000 member organizations. I strongly desire to share and support individuals and teams as they navigate their own life transitions and competing priorities as I have coached highly accomplished individuals to success in the special operations community, and have utilized my Master Training Specialist certification to coach both young professionals, young adults and senior managers as they navigate an uncertain world.
