About Me

After 25+ years in executive roles, including 6+ years as President and CEO, I've learned that sustainable leadership isn't about working harder; it's about leading more strategically.

I founded Alli Brown Coaching because I saw accomplished leaders—particularly women—stepping into bigger roles with broader responsibility and struggling with challenges their previous success hadn't prepared them for: perfectionism that now limits team growth, delegation struggles, boundary issues, and the pressure to lead authentically under increasing complexity.

My approach addresses the root causes of what drains leadership resilience, not surface-level solutions. Drawing from my ICF certification, Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown, and Certificate in Women in Leadership from Cornell, I partner with Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders to build sustainable practices that support both effectiveness and alignment.
