After 25+ years in executive roles, including serving as President and CEO for 6+ years, I've learned that the most successful leaders aren't the ones who never doubt themselves; they're the ones who've learned to lead through the doubt.

I founded Alli Brown Coaching because I saw too many brilliant leaders—especially women—dimming their light due to imposter syndrome and that relentless inner critic. You know the voice: the one that questions every decision, minimizes every achievement, and whispers "who do you think you are?" My coaching creates a space where that voice loses its power.

My approach is deeply personal yet strategically focused, integrating evidence-based strategies with intuitive wisdom. Drawing from my ICF certification, Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown, and Certificate in Women in Leadership from Cornell, I help leaders uncover the wisdom they already possess.
