About Me

I'm Alysia Lyons—a life coach, energy healer, author, and mom to a teenager. I work with moms who are carrying the invisible weight of guilt, overwhelm, and the belief that peace is something they’ll earn once everything else is handled. I’m here to help them realize that peace doesn’t have to wait. It can begin now.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that you’re not broken—and you don’t need fixing. You simply need space to reconnect with yourself. I use a mix of mindset coaching, energy healing (like Reiki and the Body Code), and intuitive tools like NLP and tarot to help my clients shift from survival mode into a grounded, joyful way of living.

Before becoming a coach, I wore many hats—mom, business owner, caretaker, overachiever. I’ve lived the burnout cycle and made it my mission to support other moms in breaking free from it. I’m trained and certified in multiple healing modalities and coaching frameworks, but the heart of my work is meeting you exactly where you are—with empathy, honesty, and practical guidance.

I believe in conversations that go beyond surface-level. Whether we’re clearing emotional blocks, rewriting beliefs, or creating daily habits that feel like self-love instead of punishment, our work together will always be collaborative, compassionate, and deeply personal.
