About Me

Welcome! My name is Alyssa and I guide young women and folks of color in creating and leading the world they envision.

I am a latinx restorative leadership coach, connector, and creator with an educational background in sociology (BA) and behavioral health (MS), and over a decade of experience in community justice work. My work is rooted in holistic, human-centered practices, decolonization, and curiosity. By centering my clients' experiences, I design offerings that empower folks to nurture their inner magic and bloom into thriving everyday leaders.

More than ever, we need leaders centered in healing, care, community, liberation, and justice. Everyone has an inner leader – the work is in calling forth our gifts and dismantling outdated beliefs about who and what leadership is. Restorative leadership allows us to step into our unique roles as leaders while healing and sustaining ourselves and our communities. We are the leaders we’ve been waiting for.
