Hi, my name is Ama! I believe we are in a time when a lot of things are changing in the world, and this also shows in our own lives. We may feel it's time to take that leap of faith, to follow that dream within, or even to grow spiritually! It can be so interesting how things that felt aligned before suddenly aren't anymore. It can also feel tricky & uncomfortable. In these moments, it can be such a great help to work with a coach who is also very intuitive.

I live in Ghana, but I was born in Belgium. I understand living internationally & multicultural issues. I graduated with a Master's in Educational Sciences at the University of Brussels, and I also have a Postgraduate Professional Coaching, which I followed at the University College of Artevelde. I've been coaching principals, teachers, people who wanted to leave their jobs, were at crossroads, or wanted to grow spiritually. Ah, how I love my job!

I'm a spiritual coach & also very grounded. Challenges in our lives sometimes need to be tended to on different layers - the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, or spiritual level! I can see the essence of what's going on quickly, and I love guiding you to the next level. I love to take the time to listen to what's going on for you and then to go on a journey together. I don't shy away from difficulties, and I don't only do talk-coaching. I use different modalities so that healing can also take place if this is needed. Simultaneously, I'm very practical and structured, and I can help you bring clarity in the confusion.

I find it important that you can strengthen your own intuition! That's also how I will guide you.
Essentially, coaching is about holding someone's hand for a while, guiding someone, so they can continue on their own afterwards. That's my goal! Even though I know I will love you during our journey, I wouldn't want you to come back! I will be happy when you can continue joyfully and empowered on your own
