About Me

Dr. Amal Farouk is a lecturer of business administration PHD in business Administration, she had published a lot of articles about empowerment , leadership and entrepreneurship in International Journals. She had a great working experience ( 20 years) with many multinational companies. She had been involved in several coaching and training activities. She is a public speaker. She is a certified International project manager (CIPM) of the American Academy of project management and she is one of the honorary board members. She had attended a lot of international conferences being a speaker in them. She has a great knowledge in the planning and operations management and great talent in advising new start ups and entrepreneurs. She a member in different nominated international groups. She has a new style of helping leaders manage their sub-ordinates effectively and helping middle level managers to plan for fruitful future. Recently four years ago, she started to let youth learn how to plan their future and to let children make their future plans. In addition, She helped people how to plan their life after retiring.
