About Me

Hi, my name is Aman. I'm from London, UK and Executive Coach. I studied Engineering Science at the University of Cambridge and have helped hundreds of business owners, leaders and executives think differently, do things differently, and be more productive and happy in their work.

I have 10+ years in business, with extensive experience with technology companies, start ups and scale ups. I also have first hand experience founding and running a startup. In 2011, I was CEO and Technical Lead of a software marketplace for rights holders to secure sponsorship. So I’ve done it all, raised money, hired and fired people and made plenty of mistakes so you don’t have to- and learned a lot. I’ll share my many successes with you too.

I’ve been busy delivering bespoke executive coaching since 2014. I currently only work with a handful different clients at any one time from a broad range of start ups to C-level executives. My style is pragmatic, encouraging, diligent and curious. I will kindly but firmly offer difficult feedback, and also challenge you to celebrate your successes. I believe that living with appreciation and joy is compatible with kicking ass and being wildly successful. I strive to be the coach I wish I’d had myself.
