Over the last decade, I’ve worked with individuals, groups, and global organizations, to drive growth, outcomes and accessibility. With my background as a Recruiter, I’ve interviewed & hired over 4,000 individuals in 60+ countries to date. I’ve long been an advocate for accessibility, inclusivity and belonging and lead Employee Resource Groups to support inclusion in the workplace.
