About Me

I’m Dr. Amanda Guin, founder of Grow With Purpose, and my heart’s work is walking alongside individuals who are ready to heal, rediscover themselves, and grow after loss or major life change.

My journey has been shaped by deep personal loss, faith, and transformation — experiences that taught me the true power of love, resilience, and emotional awareness.

Through emotional intelligence coaching, movement, and mindfulness, I help clients reconnect their mind, body, and heart to create lasting healing and self-discovery. My approach is grounded in compassion and authenticity, blending evidence-based training with lived experience to create a safe, nurturing space for growth.

I hold a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling (Traumatology), a Master of Public Health focused on Military Suicide, and certifications in EQ Coaching, Trauma-Informed Care, and Suicide Prevention.
