About Me

I am a Trauma-Informed Life Coach who specializes in guiding people through transitions, personal growth, and rediscovering their true selves. Some clients are navigating career or relationship changes, others are working through the impact of chronic stress or trauma, and many are simply seeking a safe space to pause, breathe, and rediscover their own inner wisdom in order to make major life decisions.

My approach is not about quick fixes or telling you what to do. Instead, I believe you already hold the answers within you. My role is to provide powerful listening, reflective questions, and supportive accountability that allow you to uncover your strengths, shift unhelpful patterns, and create lasting change.
