My HR background spans multiple industries (technology, supply chain, nonprofit, construction, retail), giving me a unique perspective on talent acquisition, employee relations, executive collaboration, and organizational challenges across different business environments.

As a Trauma Informed Certified Coach, I specialize in helping professionals navigate toxic workplace environments and their lasting effects on wellbeing. My certification as a Menopause Coaching Specialist, combined with my personal experience navigating perimenopause, allows me to offer evidence-based strategies and real-world insights to support women through this transition.

In a world where AI is increasingly powerful, I offer insight, tools, and best practices for utilizing top Generative AI platforms. With certifications from Microsoft in Career Essentials in AI and Prompt Engineering from CertPro, I partner with clients to learn how to effectively get AI to work for them personally and professionally without sacrificing creativity or cognitive thinking.

I’m excited to work with you whether your focus is career development, workplace healing, wellness or all three. My coaching style is to meet clients where they are and unpack where they want to go at their pace. For some, it may take time; for others, it's a short sprint. Amanda is a great listener an instantly made me feel like someone was taking in what I had to say and could relate to some of it as well. She gave great suggestions for volunteer opportunities. I cannot begin to describe the impact that Amanda has had in my life by coaching me through many of my obstacles. I came to her over a year ago having just finished a book that suggested a life coach would take me to the next level. At that time, I had the best goals and intentions but was struggling in many different areas of performance. I needed help so I began to check into it. I found a few good options but when I came to Amanda's page, I just knew she was the one for me! Her description made it clear that she was a Christian and as I began meeting with her, I always felt His spirit in our sessions. She is humble and wise. She listens so carefully and challenges her clients to answer their own problems by asking really great questions and demonstrating exercises. I love this special lady for what she has helped me accomplish, her encouraging nature and how she taught me to see myself through His eyes. I recommend her to the highest extent. She does what she does to shine light and love on others and she's darn good at it . 10/10
