With over 17 years of experience in human resources within numerous industries and sectors, I offer proven strategies and helpful resources that will enable you to feel confident, equipped and ready to tackle your next career move.

My Approach:
When it comes to my coaching methodology, I use a Four Letter Word Approach. HOPE.

H - Holistic - In addition to guidance for your career, I am here to equip you with effective tools that will benefit you on a personal level as well. This includes mindfulness exercises, self care resources, and maintaining a successful work/life blend.

O - Open - In our sessions, I hold a judgement free space that is open to ideas, concerns, questions and vulnerability. This allows necessary breakthroughs to occur without limitations.

P - Purpose - Identifying a career path that aligns with your core values is essential. We will reflect on the work you've done in the past, explore what is important to you, and better understand your non negotiables.

E - Empower - With the right tools in hand, a detailed action plan in place and support along the way, you are ready to set off. I am here to get you to that place. I want you to feel like you are no longer stuck or standing on shaky ground. I want to provide you with a strong foundation from which to stand, grow and live.

I cannot begin to describe the impact that Amanda has had in my life by coaching me through many of my obstacles. I came to her over a year ago having just finished a book that suggested a life coach would take me to the next level. At that time, I had the best goals and intentions but was struggling in many different areas of performance. I needed help so I began to check into it. I found a few good options but when I came to Amanda's page, I just knew she was the one for me! Her description made it clear that she was a Christian and as I began meeting with her, I always felt His spirit in our sessions. She is humble and wise. She listens so carefully and challenges her clients to answer their own problems by asking really great questions and demonstrating exercises. I love this special lady for what she has helped me accomplish, her encouraging nature and how she taught me to see myself through His eyes. I recommend her to the highest extent. She does what she does to shine light and love on others and she's darn good at it . 10/10
