With personal experience supporting women through the coming out process and embracing their identity, I understand the emotional challenges and courage it takes to live authentically. I provide compassionate, non-judgmental support for navigating boundaries, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth.

As a qualified fitness instructor and nutrition coach, I also bring a holistic approach to well-being—supporting both mind and body. Having travelled the world as a proud gay woman, I offer a global perspective, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. Whether you need guidance, encouragement, or simply someone to truly listen, I’m here to walk beside you.
