I bring a rare combination: a doctorate in Leadership Psychology, 15 years coaching Fortune 500 executives through actual organizational transformations at companies like IBM and BCG, and a methodical approach rooted in behavioral science. I'm not here to give you more advice or another framework to implement. I'm here to help you see the patterns you can't see, close the gap between your intentions and your impact, and lead with authentic confidence—not performed confidence.
My approach is part coaching, part psychological assessment, part strategy session. We work on the inner game (how you see yourself, your blind spots, your leadership identity) and the outer game (how you're actually showing up, the decisions you're making, the trust you're building) simultaneously. You'll leave every session with clarity about what's happening and what to do about it.
My own path taught me this. I went from technology (MS in Computer Science, 12 years at IBM) to business strategy (MBA, consulting at BCG) to psychology (PsyD in Leadership Psychology)—each step driven by one question: what truly enables people to see themselves clearly and lead effectively? The best mentors in my life didn't tell me what to do. They held up the mirror. They helped me see what I couldn't see about myself. That's what transformed everything.
