About Me
I'm a certified trauma-informed somatic and mindset coach with a background in intuitive, body-based practices. My approach is calm, nurturing, and deeply attuned to what’s alive beneath the surface.
I work with women who are seeking more clarity, confidence, and connection to themselves—whether they’re in the middle of a life shift, navigating inner blocks, or simply ready to deepen their self-awareness. While I work across all areas of life, many of my clients come to me when navigating relationship dynamics, self-worth, or career transitions.
Together, we slow down and tune in. I guide you to explore what your body is holding, recognise patterns that may be blocking your growth, and gently release what no longer serves. From that grounded place, we can create simple, aligned plans and bring in daily tools that help you feel more empowered and supported in your path forward.
My sessions blend intuitive presence, somatic tools, and gentle structure. I’m here to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can feel deeply heard, supported and empowered to move forward—one step at a time.

The whole journey was incredibly impactful and I liked the combination of meditation, embodiment, movement and self-dialogue. Ambra helped me acknowledge another side of my inner child that I wasn't aware of, which wanted to be seen, and helped me connect with my inner strength and warrior. Allowing me to be fully me without judgement and lovingly supporting and guiding me. I felt more powerful and fully groundedlike I am back in my body, and utter internal peacelike I will be able to surpass everything. I think she is a phenomenal coach and wonderful being, her love, light and power are so palpable. She truly allows oneself to go deep within, finding and integrating these shadow sights, allowing for huge transformations and realisations.

I got clarity and confirmation of all of the healing work I have been doing to become more empowered as me. To speak my truth, to have more compassion for others but still live in a space where I don't compromise all of the time from my past good girl conditioning. It was lovely to be in this space of peace within me and to feel full the emotions, to visualise my future self again with a new ending. I saw a visual of me with a ceramic cup as a gift "I can drink my own tea now" and a golden key with jewels "A new door is opening for you, you are ready". Ambra is a beautiful soul with the kindest, and most peaceful energy. She really cares about your wellbeing and holds space for you without judgement and gives you the space to open up and talk about what you need to. She also invited me to dance with her and our highest selves which was so fun!

I gained profound insight about how I still imagine myself in a cage, something I thought I had already broken out of a long time ago. So interesting how patterns persist until we really fully work with them. I loved meeting my future Self and listening to her advice of staying calm and going at my own pace. My favorite insight was that no expectations are needed because the expectations are already fulfilled when I show up to my life, fully alive each day. I loved the pacing of our coaching call and I also loved the structure that you guided me through. Your voice is so calming and I felt so warm inside when you lead me through the chakra meditation. I feel much more capable, equipped and abundant. I'm also sitting up taller and feeling more sure of myself and my creations.

Working with Ambra has been a magical experience. She is such a wonderful guide who holds sacred space and a supportive, safe container for me to get deeply connected with my truest self. This sacred container has allowed me to tune into my deeper shadows and stuck energies within my body, especially the ones I have held in my hips for so long.
