About Me

I am all about figuring out ways to overcome our limiting fears. I used to think I was shy or lazy until I learned I was simply afraid to act and I would tell my self I was shy or lazy. Since then I have devoted my life, Studied Psychology, CBT, NLP, interviewed public speakers and extreme athletes to understand how they get over their fear.
I have developed A method everyone can use. By understanding what we are afraid of and why we are afraid of it- we can use it to move forward with our lives and achieve things we once thought were impossible. I know I have.
