About Me

My 30-year career has been spent working with individuals, families, and organizations sorting through challenges to find clarity and direction. I keep it realistic, tell it like it is, and work with you on what your goals are, not what I think they should be. So many people spend their days putting out fires and taking care of obligations, and they don't feel like their life is their own. I have heard so many people get to a point later in life that they have regrets because they didn't live their lives the way they wanted to, so I've made it my goal to assist folks to find realistic ways to be proactive and live authentic lives.
I will partner with you to find a more rewarding career or grow in the one you are in. I can help you clarify your life goals and figure out what the obstacles have been that have kept you from accomplishing them.

My background is counseling but this coaching is different because it is very goal-directed and concrete. We stay focused on why you are here and how we are doing getting you where you want to be.
