About Me

As a transitional life and business coach, I help clients navigate a powerful journey of growth and transformation that aids them in becoming the people they most want to be. Together, we examine what is working, and what they desire to shift or change. Then, we venture into the unfamiliar territory that reveals the true potential and possibility that is uniquely theirs to pursue.

I integrate my life and business experiences with a natural curiosity for discovery, and a belief that wisdom resides within, to facilitate meaningful shifts for those who choose to work with me.

I have 20 + years experience in Talent Management, with an emphasis in recruiting, training and leadership development. I hold a B.S. in Applied Studies fro CSUDH and am a certified yoga instructor and am currently completing my 8 month coaching program from The Hudson Institute. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)).
