About Me

My name is Amy Hatton and I started my coaching practice, Wednesday & Co, to live my passion in helping individuals, teams and organizations build on strengths, overcome obstacles and self-limiting beliefs and reach new heights. My background includes 20+ years of experience working with world-class organizations to build and lead teams and clients to overcome barriers and achieve stretch goals. I held positions such as EVP, Managing Director and COO before transitioning to coaching full-time. I completed the University of Miami Professional Coaching Certification Training Program and am working toward Associate Coaching Certification by the International Coaching Federation.

Throughout my career, I’ve always been one to forge a path forward and through the challenges and obstacles that life and work inevitably present. The ability to pivot, shift and redirect has been core to my growth personally and professionally and has enabled me to guide organizations, teams and individuals to new levels of growth and achievement. I believe that when we see what’s possible, believe we can achieve it and are energized by the outcome, the potential is endless.

This is the experience and perspective I leverage as a professional coach. My coaching style is highly collaborative and anchored in trust, partnership, acceptance and support. I work with my clients to co-create attainable strategies to guide forward progress in work and life. I begin each engagement with discovery and intake time to help us get to know one another and begin the goal-setting process, after which we transition into weekly or bi-weekly coaching time, followed by a wrap-up and future planning session at the end of each engagement.
