About Me

Welcome, my name is Amy Joseph, certified CBT life and spiritual coach. I ventured into the life coaching industry after overcoming significant trauma in my own life. The hardest part in my healing journey was understanding that I needed to heal in the first place.

I had to break down every piece of me that I previously knew, in order to rebuild myself back up to who I always knew I was. By doing so, I learned more about my intuitive abilities and developed a consciousness that aligned more with my highest self. The knowledge I gained in my journey, I use to help others conquer the battles in theirs.

Whether you're looking for guidance in managing your mental health, reaching new milestones, or learning more about your spirituality, I am here to assist; guiding you through the transition into becoming your best and highest self. With Think Peach Coaching, the goal is in the name. Helping you in accepting all parts of yourself, as well as getting more acclimated to your own gifts.

We are not our negative experiencs. We should not have to try to "get through" life. Regardless of what you are healing from, you can use it to propel you forward into the dreams you've always had. Life is a journey and it should be looked at and lived as such. Stumbles occur, but we only fail ourselves when we don't use those experiences to move forward.

Healing is an on going process and everyone requires a different approach. I will work with you whether you have a prior mental health diagnosis and or if you are brand new to counseling in general and would like to start now.
