About Me
“Too many people overvalue what they are not and undervalue what they are.” – Michael Forbes
I didn’t have a big plan or a fancy start. My career began scrubbing floors in a restaurant while working as an Au Pair in Germany. I didn’t know where things were going—but I kept showing up, doing my best, and staying open to what came next.
That mindset helped me go from being a care assistant in a nursing home to working at Airbnb. I picked up German along the way, and somehow that small decision opened a big door. From there, I kept leaning into things I didn’t feel 100% ready for—learning how to analyse data, improve quality, and lead teams. Not because I had it all figured out, but because I was willing to try.
Still, hard work didn’t always pay off the way I thought it would. The turning point came when I was passed over for a promotion. I was told, “Nobody knows who you are.” That hurt—but it taught me something that changed how I work. It’s not just about doing good work. It’s about being seen, building relationships, and learning to back yourself.
Since then, I’ve been more intentional—about what I say yes to, how I show up, and how I help others grow too.
Why am I sharing this?
Because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, lost, or like everyone else got a roadmap you somehow missed. I’ve been there. And now, I help others navigate those messy middle moments in their careers—whether it’s figuring out what’s next, building confidence, or learning how to be seen for what they truly bring to the table.
TL;DR:
You don’t need to have it all together. You just need the right support and a bit of space to figure it out. I’m here for that.
Let’s take it one honest step at a time.

VerifiedOverall I had a very positive experience with Amy. I immediately felt comfortable talking with her and laying out the issues I wanted to work on. We did a few exercises that helped clarify what I'm passionate about, what I value, and how these things have been reflected over the course of my life. In just two sessions we were able to find some actionable plans to help point me in a better direction. She also gave me excellent, detailed feedback on my resume and online presence. This might not have been a transformational life experience, but I definitely got a lot of value out of working with Amy.

I had the pleasure of working with Amy, and I can say her support made a significant difference. She offered clear, insightful guidance that helped me clarify my goals and take actionable steps toward achieving them. What stood out most was Amys ability to quickly understand where I was in my career journey by being very attentive to details and provide tailored advice that was both strategic and practical. She helped me to identify new possibilities I hadn't considered and showed me how to position myself effectively for the roles I aspired to. Moreover, Amy provided invaluable assistance in updating my CV. With her input, my resume not only better reflects my experience and strengths but also presents a more focused and professional image.

I had discovery calls with a few coaches, and Amy stood out immediately. Her casual yet intentional method of exploring the different aspects of my life up to this point allowed her to quickly hone in on some patterns that I hadn't realized - which was a great sign for future sessions. The rapport that we established allowed us to dive deep into personal topics quickly, and there was never a doubt that the sessions were for me to focus on what I wanted to achieve, and she was there to guide me through them. Again, Amy's intuition is uncanny. She makes connections between seemingly disparate areas, which helped me gain insight into my own habits and mental processes. Her questions were always perfectly crafted for what we needed to unpack in any given moment, whether it was a specific situation or a more abstract idea. Finally, I appreciate that Amy truly cares! She is invested in my growth, and her happiness when I made progress was radiant and authentic, while still keeping me accountable when necessary. To be a good coach, you need the desire to guide people with honesty, and Amy absolutely shines in this regard. We've only been working together for 3 months, but I can see significant progress in every area of my life - including ones that I never expected to work on! This is a testament to her personal commitment and razor-sharp approach. I highly recommend Amy to anyone - she is truly a treasure.

I can't say enough good things about Amy, she was more than I could expect from a coach. She showed me a lot of things about me and what I was capable of that I didn't know. I contacted Amy because I was changing my career and I needed some guidance and I needed to gain some confidence, which I lost from my last job. She helped me find the path I was looking for and she helped me to gain back my confidence and strength. I totally recommend her and I'm sure I will need her again in the future. Thanks Amy for helping me so much!!

Id been in customer service for years but wanted to transition into project management. I had no idea how to make that leap or even where to start. Amy helped me identify transferable skills and rework my resume to highlight them. We practiced interview questions that focused on my experience managing teams and handling projects in my old role, which I hadnt thought to emphasise before. After a few sessions, I felt way more confident, and I ended up landing an entry-level project management role. Amy made what felt impossible seem totally achievable.

I always felt I had it in me to lead, but I didnt know how to step up or show others I was ready. Amy helped me see what I was already bringing to the table and gave me real, practical ways to start leading right where I was. With her support, I took on projects, started speaking up more, and before I knew it, my team was looking to me for guidance. Amys belief in me and her tips on how to show up as a leader changed everythingI finally feel like Im on the path Ive been aiming for.

I dont have a degree, and for the longest time, I thought that was what kept me from moving up. Amy helped me see that my experience and skills mattered just as much. We worked on re-framing my resume and LinkedIn profile to really showcase what I bring to the table. She even helped me practice how to talk about my work confidently in meetings. Thanks to her support, I ended up landing a role that felt out of reach before, and now I actually feel like I belong there. Im so glad I had her in my corner.
