My passion is people. I’m driven by the process of uncovering the hidden strengths, talents, and potential in each individual. Many of us struggle to see our own worth or lack the confidence to take that first step toward change. I’ll help you discover who you truly are and guide you to become the person you’re meant to be. Together, we’ll create a clear, actionable plan to transform your life.
With over 20 years in corporate America, I found fulfillment in helping others grow, both personally and professionally. Empowering my team members and watching them excel brought me immense satisfaction. But, like many, I reached a point where I questioned my own life’s purpose. I reflected on all I had accomplished and the dreams I still longed to fulfill. This was my turning point.
Five years ago, I shifted focus. I earned a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and founded a thriving practice with three locations. Balancing this with being a wife and mother wasn’t easy, but it was worth every challenge. Now, I’m more passionate than ever about helping others live the life they desire.
