I am a tech industry professional with 20+ years of experience in HR, gained both in start-up and corporate environment. I worked with businesses on focused initiatives with a world-wide impact (strategy, structure, systems & programs), defined goal setting approach and program efficiency metrics.
Managed and is currently managing globally distributed teams.
I am part of the leadership team at my current organization and I regularly consult the board on strategic and business decisions.
