About Me

It is important to understand the needs of client. My first step is always to deeply listen and understand the client, his/her situation, and then I work to develop the trust so that a series of honest and transparent interactions are ensured. I provide the client the space and the care needed by any individual without any bias or judgement with unconditional positive regard, a learning from my 20 years of personal and professional journey in 5 countries in leadership positions in reputed organizations.
After my PhD, I have worked in the research, academic, and the corporate world to obtain a variety of rich experience and coached, mentored, guided numerous individuals, teams and organizations across different continents offline and online. Many executives wanting to change the career, rise the corporate ladder, excel in their performance, change their professional fields, or even just to rebuild their professional lives have worked with me.
I am mentoring and coaching many founders of startups and worked with them to reconstruct their mindsets to be successful with the existing and potential struggles and challenges.
Many students who want to be successful in their studies, or who were confused about their career, who just want to start somewhere have found the direction, and motivation to be successful through interactions with me.
