About Me:
I am a Leadership and Executive Coach with extensive experience supporting leaders in addressing their most pressing challenges—ranging from leadership presence and effective communication to conflict management, team development, and resilience. Over the years, I have served as an external coach for organizations such as Toyota Motor Europe, Acer, and Siemens.
