About Me

I am former Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist with diverse Project Management experience in both the entrepreneurial and corporate worlds. As a dedicated problem solver in an intense and fast paced environment, I experienced numerous challenges including stress, burnout, difficulty getting the results and fulfillment I wanted in some areas of my life. After long years of research, trial and error I found the science backed key principles and methodologies that lead to the balance and alignment needed to enjoy both healthy high performance and a purposeful and fulfilling life. My passion and mission is to integrate, simplify and pass on this treasure.

As a Personal Development Coach my job is to understand, practice and continuously train myself in the best practices and methodologies of practical neuroscience, modern psychology and transformational coaching. This allows me to save you the research, trial and error providing you with a tailored shortcut, the best information and tools to serve and speed up your process.
