I work with individuals who are ready to create meaningful change — whether that means finding emotional balance, building stronger habits, or turning a big idea into reality. My passion lies in helping people get clear on their goals, create smart action plans, and follow through to success. I bring a results-driven yet compassionate approach, blending practical tools like schedules, timelines, and business planning with deeper work around mindset, emotional regulation, and self-awareness.

With a Diploma in Equine Studies from the University of Guelph and certification as a Horsemanship Association (CHA) Instructor in both English and Western disciplines, I have years of experience facilitating Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) and guiding clients through transformative experiences in nature. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in social work ethics, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles and relational social work values.

Whether we’re working online, in person, or with the horses, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and motivated to take the next step toward your goals. I thrive on seeing people follow through, overcome obstacles, and celebrate their wins — whether that’s personal growth, emotional clarity, or launching a business they’ve dreamed about.
