About Me

Hi, I'm Andrea and I am a Mindset and Confidence coach whose mission is to guide curvy and plus-size women; to befriend their fears so that they can connect to their inner power, their intuition, and fully embody the life they truly want to live.

As a plus-size woman myself, I have overcome years of weight-stigma, fat-phobia, low self-belief and disconnection from my body wisdom to move into my full potential and achieve my career and life goals. I couple my personal experience with my nurturing and encouraging style to help my clients live the life of their dreams too.
