About Me

I help women achieve their goals by encouraging a spiritual foundation and using life-mapping principles. These principles allow me to draw from a person's strengths and uncover blind spots and limiting beliefs. In addition, I provide a strategic action plan that holds you accountable for entering a new phase of life.

I have taught and counseled youth and women over the last 30 years. I believe God created every human being in His image with a unique purpose in life. My passion is to help women understand their inherent value in every aspect of life. I partner with women to support, encourage, and guide them toward maximizing their potential.

I am enrolled in the DEdMin program at Dallas Theological Seminary, specializing in Coaching, Mentoring, and Discipleship. I have a Master of Arts in Christian Education, with a concentration in Biblical Counseling. Additionally, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology during my undergraduate program. I am certified as a professional Christian life coach with the International Christian Coaching Institute and a member of the International Christian Coaching Association and International Association of Biblical Counselors.
