My coaching is for the executive looking to fast track a career path by focusing on leadership skills and how to best apply them in the workplace, allowing to have a real global vision of their organization and the role played in it. It fosters a greater depth of knowledge and understanding of different teams by focusing on team building skills and how best to create strategic alliances within a group or groups. It is beneficial when faced with a critical career path decision. What are the challenges? How to best prepare for change? The executive is shadowed throughout this process, aided and assisted in this transition. Where and how are you most effective? The evolution of a leader is determined and re-set for greater performance and results.
The process is done in 3 stages:
Step 1- Exploration: creating a rapport with you in an atmosphere that encourages exploration, showing my commitment to you, to the coaching process and to the coaching relationship.
Taking the time to fully understand whatever action plans you have that require assistance and direction.
Step 2- New Understanding: Is the turning point in the process. What has been revealed in Step 1 is looked at in a new way, through discussion, assessments, reading material that you will be tested on.
Step 3- Action Planning: Is usually straightforward and uses new people management/development skills .Plans are followed through when the executive owns the solution. Commitment for change is enhanced by setting clear agreements and target setting new goals and agendas.
I am a successful corporate executive with more than 18 years of proven ability as a negotiator, strategist, and problem solver. I have developed extensive knowledge in dealing with business leaders and entrepreneurs. My ability to teach, guide and advise, has allowed me to apply my skillset to those in quest of wanting to reach their highest potential. My track record and business acumen nurture effective and result-oriented relationships.
