At the heart of my coaching career is the belief that personal and professional lives don’t have clear boundaries; work-life and home life are intrinsically linked. As an administrator, coach, and trainer, my goal is to leave people better than I found them. My formal education in Human Resource Development, numerous certifications, and years of experience as an educator, facilitator, and coach provide me with a rich understanding of impactful ways to help others.
