About Me

I coach deep thinkers who are done over-apologizing and ready to embrace their authentic inner weirdo. I’ll support you, celebrate you, lovingly challenge (but NEVER judge) you, and use the Enneagram to help you see your true self, maybe for the first time ever.

I’m an ECC-certified Enneagram Coach, a BFA + MEd grad, and I hold a Trauma-Informed Certificate. I’ve spent years teaching, exploring the Enneagram, and helping people stop feeling guilty for being themselves. I believe this work should be accessible to everyone, no matter what season of life you’re in, I’ve got you.

I also host the podcast Enneagram Ego Death, where I get real about personality, patterns, and transformation, with plenty of laughs, “aha” moments, and edgy honesty along the way. My coaching and workshops are for anyone ready to stop apologizing, embrace their quirks, and finally create a life that actually feels good.
