I spent over 20 years in software engineering, progressing from software developer to director and VP roles. I know what it’s like to lead teams, navigate big career decisions and wonder if you’re on the right path. I first trained as a coach to become a better leader, and discovered how powerful coaching can be for unlocking clarity, confidence, and performance. Today, I combine my corporate experience with proven coaching tools to help professionals create careers they can thrive in.
