With over 15 years of experience in senior home health caregiving, patient advocacy, and life coaching, I have dedicated my career to enhancing the lives of elderly individuals and their families. As a Senior & Caregiver Life Coach, I offer compassionate guidance and personalized support to caregivers navigating the complexities of caregiving, while also empowering seniors to embrace their golden years with dignity and joy.
My journey into this field began when I left the corporate world to care for my aging parents. That deeply personal experience opened my eyes to the profound challenges and rewards of caregiving. It was then that I discovered my passion for helping others in similar situations, turning what was once a personal commitment into a lifelong calling.
