I’m Anitra Lahiri, a transformational life coach specializing in nervous system regulation, and I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for your transformation.

My certifications include Mindfulness Coaching, 500‑Hour Yoga Teacher Training,Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Reiki I & II, SMART Recovery, and End-of-Life Doula (through INELDA). I also hold a bachelor's degree from NYU.

While my training provides a foundation, it’s my personal experience with recovery from bipolar disorder that gives me insight and compassion to guide you toward reconnecting with your authentic self, feeling grounded, and taking steps forward. I rebuilt my life up from rock bottom into a balanced, joyful life, and I'd love to help you do the same.
