Ann is a coach with over 27 years of experience with a background in Leadership, Learning and Development, Training, Change practices, Project Management, Risk, HR practices, Customer service and Sales in Corporate, Finance & Retail environments. She formalized her work experience completing the Coach Training Certification recently with ICA and is a member of ICF.

Ann migrated to New Zealand with a young family. Starting afresh, her curiosity and sense of adventure helped her channel her energy into thinking differently to understand the drivers and motivators of people. This sparked her love of learning to achieve more and stay calm and balanced during her journey. Her best moments are when working with people empowering them to make the most of opportunities and challenges to achieve their best personally and at work.
