About Me

Relationship abuse, whether it's from intimate partners, friends, children, parents, or work colleagues, is devastating to our souls and robs us of the peace we need to fulfill our purpose. I know this reality firsthand as a survivor of abuse in all its forms (financial, emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual), and I am committed to sharing the tools I have acquired to set and enforce personal boundaries; treat myself with gentleness, love, and kindness; and speak my truth in any setting and to anyone. I know this isn't just hard work, this is heart work, and I would be honored to work with you as we utilize the continuous self-improvement process, which incorporates problem identification, root cause analysis, SMART goal implementation, action steps, and progress monitoring, including intentional celebration of incremental progress toward goal achievement. This process is extremely effective in bringing about the change we desire in our lives, allowing us to show up as our authentic selves and confidently claim our right to exist, take up space, and be in relation on our own terms.
