About Me

I’m Anna Hellmuth—a medical doctor, psychologist, and life coach with a deep integration of medical expertise, psychological insight, and both psychotherapeutic and coaching methods. My mission is clear: to help create lasting, transformative change for each person I work with.

Originally from Ukraine, I pursued my education across multiple countries, and today I’m based in Germany. Since 2023, I’ve been offering online life coaching in four languages—English, German, Ukrainian, and Russian.

My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from a variety of psychological theories and practices to suit each individual’s unique needs. I’m rooted in a humanistic framework and often enhance my work with hypnotherapy to support deeper breakthroughs.

My coaching integrates therapeutic techniques, which I rigorously test on myself. This dual perspective, from both practitioner and client, allows me to understand the process intimately. I've challenged myself, and I'm ready to challenge you in your avoided areas. We'll navigate them together.
