About Me

I work with a client to articulate and achieve his or her goals. The work is typically done in weekly phone , skype or face to face meetings lasting from 30 to 60 minutes. I support clients who may be going through a career or life transition, want to fulfill a secret dream, want to spend more time and energy on what matters to them, or even determine what their life purpose truly is. I and client agree upon certain actions that bring the client closer to his or her best life.

As a coach I provide this support in four ways:

Asking provocative questions

Providing challenges and brainstorming

Providing the structure and focus needed for the client to stay in action
Hold you accountable to action in between our calls.

I am professional coach at the end of the accreditation process.
I lead - with success my own business since 2009. I know how it is to be ill, to be out of balance and to feel down. I can use my experience and my tools to help you.
